We are pleased to announce our second virtual version of the official REDCap administrators’ conference – 3 days – varying times to assist international attendees and presenters –September 20-23, 2021! *

*Dates may range between September 20 and 24 for some attendees. See below for more details.

Hold these dates and times on your calendar. Actual daily end times may vary as programming is developed. Check local times as needed. Here are the event dates/times in US Central time:

Pre-conference Monday, September 20, 12 pm – 1 pm (click here to see this in your time zone).

• New Administrator Welcome. Open only to new administrators attending REDCapCon for the first time

Tuesday, September 21,  10 am – 3 pm (click here to see this in your time zone)

Wednesday, September 22, 6 am – 11am (click here to see this in your time zone)

Thursday, September 23, 5 pm – 10 pm (click here to see this in your time zone – this may be Friday, September 24 for you)

Target Audience

The content of the conference is designed for REDCap Administrators – REDCap administrative and technical team members who maintain and support REDCap at their own institutions, and who provide global support of REDCap through consortium efforts. The conference is NOT designed for end-users (researchers, etc.) of the software.

Conference Registration

Conference registration is free and is now open. It is restricted to REDCap Administrators as described above. The registration link will be located on REDCap Community, the forum for REDCap administrators. Please log in there and register before September 15.

If you are a REDCap administrator who does not have a Community account, please contact your team lead or search the Partners list to find who is currently listed in our records as the institution’s administrators. Those administrators, with existing Community accounts, may be able to request a Community account for you.

Administrator team leads should review Community’s Consortium Resources page for reminders about how to add new administrators under their organization’s REDCap license and how to submit Community account requests.
